These Terms govern your use of LucidSpec provided by LucidSpec (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using LucidSpec, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LucidSpec.
• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

AI-Generated Output

LucidSpec uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your prompts. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in production systems.

Accounts & Payment

If you subscribe to paid features, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Ownership

You retain rights to your prompts and outputs. We own the service, software, and underlying models provided by our vendors.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or scrape without permission.
• No unauthorized access to other users data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use risks the security or stability of the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date above.
